We use state-of-the-art thermal seal technology to ensure your meals (unopened) stays fresh.

All FITTERY meals are delivered WARM in thermal insulated packaging for food safety purposes.

您在餐點中使用哪些食材？

FITTERY meals feature lean proteins, healthy fats and low GI carbohydrates. We also utilise a wide range of premium ingredients from hormone-free chicken to organic Peruvian quinoa.

您的餐點在哪裡準備？

我們所有的餐點都是在香港政府及食環署認可的持牌食品工廠內新鮮製作。香港食環署的督察亦會定期評估及巡查該處所，確保完全符合所有相關的食物及安全法例。 

如何計算巨集營養素？

所有的宏量營養素都是由經過認證的營養師以 USDA 營養資料庫的營養資料計算和驗證。目前，美國食品藥物管理局(FDA)允許最多為 20%的差異，但我們會在封裝餐點前，先將食材個別磅重，以盡量減少差異。 

您的送餐政策是什麼？

We deliver meals daily throughout your ELEIKO program. All meals will be received hot and handled by OP Studio staff and will be distributed to you during lunch break.

Please ensure your meal order is received by us before the deadline to ensure smooth operations.
