What Is GO24 MEAL Trial?

How Does IT WORK?
Please choose your preferred meal and delivery date. Delivery will be arranged to arrive either before 830am (KLN/HK) or before 10am (NT) based on the gym and PT trainer selected.
To collect the meal, we suggest looking for your PT or enquire at reception on day of delivery.
Please note we use third party courier service and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
How are the meals delivered?
All meals are freshly cooked and ready to eat. We use insulated thermal bag for delivery and food safe biodegradble trays so the food can last in your fridge for up to 2 days upon delivery.
To eat, simply reheat meals via microwave for 2-3 mins or via pan/steam. Our meals are never frozen.
What ingredients do you use in your meals?
FITTERY meal plans feature lean proteins, healthy fats and low GI carbohydrates. We also utilise a wide range of premium ingredients from hormone-free chicken to organic Peruvian quinoa.
Can I change delivery day AFTER ORDERING?
Please kindly WhatsApp us at 5699 3560. Please note generally we need 3 working days' notice for manual changes.
How do you calculate macros?
All macros are calculated and verified by a certified nutritionist with nutrition data sourced from USDA Nutrition Database. Currently, FDA allows for leeway up to 20%, however we do our best to minimize this by individually weighing ingredients and proportioning them according to Go24 requirements
Where are your meals prepared?
All our meals are prepared fresh within a Certified Food Factory licensed premise that is HK Government and FEHD approved. The premise is also subject to regular assessments and visits conducted by Hong Kong FEHD Inspectors, ensuring full compliance of all relevant food and safety laws.
I hate plastic and waste. What is your policy on this?
Glad you asked! All our trays are 100% biodegradable and incorporate P-Life® advanced Abiotic-Biodegradable Plastic Additive which is a Patented Technology based on US Pat. No.6482872 "Process for Manufacturing a Biodegradable Polymeric Composition".
