HOW MANY MEALS SHOULD I ORDER?

We recommend all clients to order meals based on their most comfortable duration. However we have noticed that whilst motivation is what gets most clients started, consistency is what gets clients the best results.

To support this, we offer plenty of time for clients to complete their meal plan based on the below expiry duration.  

12 meals - 1 week expiry
60 meals - 6 weeks expiry
90 meals - 9 weeks expiry

Can i customise the menu?

Yes , you may customise your delivery based on the menu available on day of delivery

Example 1: I have an allergy to one of the menu dishes, is it possible to switch?

Solution: Yes, you may switch to any other meal on the day of delivery. Please let us know with 3 working days notice.

Example 2: I would like to mix and match my meals on the day of delivery.  

Solution: You may mix and match meals as long as you give us 3 working days notice.  

What is your meal delivery policy?

All meals are delivered before 12 pm, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding Public Holidays and 27 Dec 2024) as per menu cycle.

Unless you notify us, your meal plan will default to 6 meals per delivery and follow the standard delivery schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Friday delivery ( excluding pbulic holiday and 27 Dec 2024)  

If you would like to change the above composition (for example 3 meals instead of 6 meals per delivery) please notify us with 3 working days notice.

CAN I ADD MORE DELIVERIES?

By default, your program is designed to include free delivery with each delivery consisting of 6 meals each.

However if you would like to increase the number of deliveries you receive, our third party courier will charge an additional delivery fee of $55 per Hong Kong or Kowloon address and $70 per New Territories address. Each delivery includes up to 6 meals.

Example: You purchased 12 meal program but would like to enjoy 6 meals on Monday, 3 meals on Wednesday and 3 meals on Friday.

Solution: The 12 meal program includes 2 free deliveries. Given there are now 3 deliveries, there will be an additional $55 charge (HK or KN address) or $70 (NT address).

What happens to my meal plan on Public Holiday?

In the event your delivery day falls on a Public Holiday, there will be no delivery on the day and your meal plan will be auto extended.

Example: Client has remaining (12) meals which is due for delivery this Wednesday (6) and Friday (6). However this Wednesday is a public holiday.

Solution: Customer will not receive any meals this Wednesday due to the public holiday. Instead Customer meal plan will be auto extended and will now receive 6 meals this Friday and 6 meals next Monday.

How Long can Food LAst?

We use state-of-the-art thermal seal technology to ensure your meal plan (unopened) stays fresh, if refrigerated for up to 2 days after delivery.

We also offer recycling services with our delivery agents picking up any unused bags, should you wish to return them to us. Simply let our CS team know and we will arrange for you.

What is cut off time for changes

If you would like to make changes to your meal plan, please contact CS with 3 working days notice. Our cutoff time is 11am.

For e.g. if today is Monday, you can make changes to Thursday meals if you let us know by 11am today.
