FITTERY is thrilled to be appointed official school meal provider for Zhongshan Whampoa Academy. Together, we have curated a health school lunch menu that offers restaurant quality meals for its staff and students.

What's Unique?

All meals are prepared fresh by Executive Chef Shing (ex head chef for 10 years at 1 Michelin Star Restaurant Liu Yuan Pavilion). Meals start from just $58 and are delivered to Zhongshan Whampoa Academy during lunch hours.

How will the meals be delivered?

For students and staff that have ordered meals, you may pick up meals during lunch hour.

School staff will also be on premise to ensure smooth and timely distribution.

Can I Modify my Order?

Simply WhatsApp us at 6472 7082 with 2 working days' notice if you want to modify your order

How is the food packaged?

We use state-of-the-art thermal seal technology to ensure your meals (unopened) stays fresh.

When is Order Cut Off time?

All meals are ordered 1 month in advance.

Our order cut off time is the 15th of every calendar month.

For e.g. if you place your order on January 15, you will be ordering meals from our February menu.

What ingredients do you use in your meals?

FITTERY meal plans feature lean proteins, healthy fats and low GI carbohydrates. We also utilise a wide range of premium ingredients from hormone-free chicken to organic chia seeds.

Where are your meals prepared?

All our meals are prepared fresh within a Certified Food Factory licensed premise that is HK Government and FEHD approved. The premise is also subject to regular assessments and visits conducted by Hong Kong FEHD Inspectors, ensuring full compliance of all relevant food and safety laws. 

What is your Health Policy? 

All key ingredients are weighed to ensure all student meals fit the HK Government recommended 3:2:1 ratio of protein: Vegetable and Carbohydates for school meals.

Furthermore our ingredient databases follow USDA guidelines for further transparency on calories.

How do you calculate macros?

All macros are calculated and verified by a certified nutritionist with nutrition data sourced from USDA Nutrition Database. Currently, FDA allows for leeway up to 20%, however we do our best to minimize this by individually weighing ingredients and proportioning them before sealing the meals. 

What is your meal delivery policy?

All meals are delivered hot, and will be available for staff and students between 12pm -1.30pm during school days.

All meals will be distributed by school staff and kept warm via insulation thermal containers.

What is your cutlery policy?

We will have wooden disposable cutlery available on standby.

What if my child is ill and cannot attend school?

In such cases, we offer a refund in the form of meal credit to the registered user’s email.

Please kindly notify us via WhatsApp, email, or telephone by 9 AM on the day your child is unwell.

Once you provide us the doctor note, we will also process the credit to you accordingly.

What if school is closed due to HK Observatory Weather Warning

In such cases, we will offer a refund in the form of meal credit to the registered user’s email.

What if my child has allergies?

All meals will outline ingredients used for preparing the meal on both menu page and also the meal label.

For major allergies, we will always have a meal that can accomodate one of nuts free, dairy free, meat free or shellfish free options.
