Tak Sun Secondary School Student Meal Plan

All meals are delivered hot, and will be available for staff and students between 12pm -1.30pm during school days.

For students and staff that have ordered meals, you may pick up meals from the Student Activity Centre during lunch hour.

Our FITTERY staff will also be on premise to ensure smooth and timely distribution.

All meals are ordered 1 month in advance, with cut off time on the 15th of every month.

For example

a) If you place your order on or before September 15, you will be ordering meals from our October menu.

b) If you place your order on or after September 16, you will be ordering meals from our November menu.

FITTERY meal plans feature lean proteins, healthy fats and low GI carbohydrates. We also utilise a wide range of premium ingredients from hormone-free chicken to organic Peruvian quinoa.

All our meals are prepared fresh within a Certified Food Factory licensed premise that is HK Government and FEHD approved. The premise is also subject to regular assessments and visits conducted by Hong Kong FEHD Inspectors, ensuring full compliance of all relevant food and safety laws. 

All macros are calculated and verified by a certified nutritionist with nutrition data sourced from USDA Nutrition Database. Currently, FDA allows for leeway up to 20%, however we do our best to minimize this by individually weighing ingredients and proportioning them before sealing the meals. 

All students who have ordered meals from us will receive one (1) set of reusable metal cutlery to last 1 academic year

Please keep this cutlery set at school for all lunch meals.

In the event student has no cutlery on day of meals, we will have wooden disposable cutlery available on standby.

In such cases, we offer a refund in the form of meal credit to the registered user’s email.

Please kindly notify us via telephone/ whatsApp (5699 3560) or email (hello@fittery.com.hk) by 9 AM on the day your child is unwell and share us the medical certificate afterwards so we can process the credit to you accordingly.

All meals will outline key ingredients on both menu page and also meal label.

However for serious allergies, we recommend avoid ordering as our kitchen handles all types of ingredients
