We tailor to customers with various goals including but not limited to weight loss, muscle gain or special dietary requirements e.g. Keto Diet
What is Signature Meal Plan
The Signature Meal Plan is ideal for individuals who want a structured, results-driven program with minimal effort.
Customers enjoy ready to eat high protein meals, curated from a daily menu designed by our 1 Michelin Star Head Chef Shing. Meal programs include Low Starch, Light N Easy, Healthy Zen and Bulk Up.
Every day (Mon - Fri) you will receive your day's worth of meals in the morning.
This plan is perfect for busy professionals, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a premium dieting experience.
What is DIY Meal Plan
The DIY Meal Plan is our a La Carte experience that offers customers maximum flexibility.
Customers can choose flexible packages of 10, 20, 30, or 40 meals. Once selected, you’ll have the freedom to curate your own menu by mixing and matching dishes across a wide range of cuisines and dietary preferences.
For delivery, simply select your preferred delivery day and timeslot. Each day consists of 5 freshly prepared meals delivered for maximum convenience (meals keep up to 2 days refrigerated).
Ideal for customers that like to be in control, with unique preferences, dietary restrictions, and schedule requirements.

Both meal plans offer unique advantages to the customer. In general we would recommend the following
Choose Signature Meal Plan
If you are looking to get fit with our premium Michelin chef menu that offers the best in premium ingredients and simplicity. You also enjoy daily delivery of meals.
Choose DIY Meal Plan
If you prefer to handpick your meals and build your own plan from the ground up. By delivering you meals in sets of 5, you also enjoy greater savings and added flexiblity.
Food
Where is the food made?
All FITTERY meals are prepared in our licensed central kitchen facilities located in Hong Kong. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of food safety, freshness, and consistency. Our operations are also regularly audited and monitored by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.
How is food prepared?
Every FITTERY meal is freshly prepared by our in-house culinary team with ingredients pre-portioned based on USDA guidelines. Meals are then cooked from scratch daily using restaurant-grade techniques and then rapidly chilled to preserve flavor, texture, and nutritional integrity. This approach allows us to deliver gourmet-quality meals that are both convenient and nutritionally balanced—ready to heat and enjoy in minutes.
What ingredients do you use?
We do our best to use only high-quality, fresh, and responsibly sourced ingredients wherever possible. This includes hormone free spring chicken, fresh seasonal vegetables, wholesome organic carbohydrates that are low GI such as organic quinoa and healthy fats including nuts, organic seeds and extra virgin olive oil for salad dressings.
During the cooking process we avoid artificial preservatives, MSG, and added sugars. As such we strongly recommend you consume meals on day of delivery. Our meals are designed to be clean, balanced, and nutritious—providing everything your body needs, and nothing it doesn’t.
What if I have food allergies?
We cater to a wide range of diets in our DIY Meal Plan and also list all key ingredients for all our meals during the ordering process so you can make informed choices.

Our kitchen will do its best to meet your request as a courtesy but please note we cannot offer guarantees nor charge for this service. Please kindly note that our kitchen handles common allergens and cross-contamination whilst remote may be possible. We strongly recommend if you have serious medical-related allergies, to refrain from ordering our meal plans.
Adverse Weather Arrangement
What is your adverse weather arrangement?
Situation 1: Black Rainstorm Signal/ Typhoon Signal No. 8 lowered or canceled before 6 am- Delivery service remains the same ( although please allow for slight delays as we navigate through poor traffic)
Situation 2: Black Rainstorm Signal/ Typhoon Signal No. 8 continues post 6 am - Unfortunately there will be no meal plan delivery on that day and we will deliver your meals on the next day (please note Friday meals will be delivered on Saturday morning). Kindly let us know beforehand if you would like any address changes.
Alternatively: if you would like to avoid either of the above situations, we welcome you to pause your meal plan. Simply let us know with 2 working days notice via whatsapp, email, phone or via website chat.
Order & Delivery
When is order cut off time?
To ensure your meals are prepared fresh and delivered on time, our cut-off time is every Friday at 12 PM for the following week’s Monday deliveries. If you happen to order during the weekend, our earliest delivery will be for the following week's Wednesday.
This allows our chefs and dietitians to plan, source, and prepare your meals to the highest standards—every single time.
Where and when can you deliver?
We use third party logistics provider that delivers Monday to Friday, excluding Public holidays and Adverse weather (Black Rain/Typhoon 8 and above)
Delivery is offered across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories, including both residential and commercial addresses. However for remote areas please do contact so we can confirm with our logistics provider (click to open whatsapp)
For delivery times, we offer two timeslots for Kowloon and Hong Kong locations ( 5.30am - 8.30am / 8.30am - 11.30am) and one timeslot for New Territories locations ( before 10am).
For added convenience, you can select which days you want to receive your meals to avoid any days you are not available.
How do I make changes after purchase?
Need to make an adjustment? No problem. After placing your order, you can make changes to your meal selections, delivery days, or address by
1. logging into your FITTERY account dashboard,
2. Selecting “My Orders”
3. Making updates to switch days or change meals with 2 working days notice (10am cutoff).

Please note our working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered?
Unfortunately our promotions are not able to be applied retrospectively for orders already made.
What if I forget to use the promotional code when placing an order, can I modify / cancel it?
Unfortunately promotion codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already made.
What happens on Public Holidays?
No meals will be delivered on Public Holiday. These dates are also automatically removed from your calendar when selecting delivery dates at checkout.
Storage & Reheat
How Long does the food keep?
FITTERY meals are freshly prepared, rapidly chilled, and sealed for optimal freshness. Each meal is designed to stay fresh for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. However for maximum taste and quality, we recommend consuming your meals on the day of delivery if possible.
All packaging includes a “best before” date for your convenience.
How should I reheat the meals?
Reheating is quick and effortless. Here’s how to enjoy your FITTERY meals at their best:
Microwave: Pierce through the film and remove the sauce container from the meal. Place meal in microwave and set on high power for 2 minutes. Adjust in 30 second intervals to personal taste preference. Ultimate time required will depend on your microwave’s wattage.
Oven/Steamer: For a more elevated finish, transfer meal contents to an oven-safe dish and reheat at 180°C for 5-10 minutes using an oven or steamer. We recommend placing a small bowl of water within the oven to keep the food moist.
Pan-fry: For those that prefer to use the stove top, we recommend transfer meal contents to pan and reheat over low heat for 6-8 minutes.
Please avoid overheating to preserve the texture and nutrition of the food. All meals are pre-cooked and only require reheating—no additional cooking needed.
How is food packaged?
Every FITTERY meal is thoughtfully packaged to ensure freshness, safety, and convenience—while minimizing environmental impact.
1. Individually Sealed Trays: Each meal is portioned into a microwave-safe, HK government approved recyclable tray and sealed using thermo-sealing technology. This airtight seal prevents air from reaching the food, significantly extending freshness—similar to how premium retailers like CitySuper keep meats and seafood safe. It also helps maintain flavor, texture, and nutritional integrity.
2. Temperature-Controlled Insulation: All meals are delivered in insulated thermal bags to ensue meal freshness are kept to the best of standards. Whether to your office or home, your meals arrive safely chilled , ready for your fridge or immediate consumption.
3. Hygienic by Design: Unlike paper packaging, which absorbs moisture and creates a breeding ground for bacteria, our packaging is designed to preserve hygiene and food safety from kitchen to doorstep.
4.Sustainable Materials: Over 70% of our food tray is made from recycled or recyclable materials, and we’re actively exploring biodegradable options to further reduce environmental impact.

Environmental Awareness
What is your policy on this?
At FITTERY, we believe nourishing your body shouldn't come at the expense of the planet. That’s why we’re actively working to reduce our environmental footprint at every stage of the customer journey.
The food containers we use to prepare your meals are 70% made from recycled materials, and we're constantly exploring more eco-friendly alternatives.
We prioritize minimal packaging design and transport your meals in reusable thermal bags, avoiding unnecessary plastic wherever possible.
Our supply chain is designed to reduce food waste through precise portioning and weekly order planning. Hence we have strict cutoff times to ensure all processes are aligned.
Sustainability is a journey—and we're committed to improving with every step.
Can i recycle the thermal bags?
Yes! Our thermal bags are reusable and recyclable. We encourage customers to:
1 . Reuse them for personal deliveries, picnics, or grocery transport.
2. Return them to our drivers on your next delivery—we’ll sanitize and recycle or repurpose them responsibly.
