Adverse Weather Arrangement
Situation 1: Black Rainstorm Signal/ Typhoon Signal No. 8 lowered or canceled before 6 am- Delivery service remains the same ( although please allow for slight delays as we navigate through poor traffic)
Situation 2: Black Rainstorm Signal/ Typhoon Signal No. 8 continues post 6 am - Unfortunately there will be no meal plan delivery on that day and we will deliver your meals on the next day (please note Friday meals will be delivered on Saturday morning). Kindly let us know if you would like any address changes.
Alternatively: if you would like to avoid either of the above situations, we welcome you to pause your meal plan. Simply let us know with 2 working days notice via whatsapp, email, phone or via website chat.
No problem! You may pause or modify any time however please allow for 2 working days' notice (cut-off time 10 am) for our kitchen to process your request. We do not offer refunds however in the rare event of cancellation or monetary compensation, a $100 admin fee will be deducted. * International Commerce Centre (ICC) will be delivered to the pickup point at 1/F, opposite the cashier of Sky100
* No delivery service to HSBC Centre and HSBC Main Building due to office building management policy.

All our food is cooked fresh and macro portioned according to USDA nutrition guidelines. All food preparation is done within a HK Government licensed food factory premise that is routinely regulated and monitored by HK Government Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. There is a within 20% variance for calories and macros on a daily basis.
Our philosophy is based on designing "Food Fitted to You". This means there is no such thing as one size fits all and is the reason why we offer both a signature meal prep as well as a full customisation option with our make your own meal prep offering. We also portion all food based on nutrition values such as protein, fat, carbohydrates and calories to ensure each meal meets our customers macro expectations.
We offer 6 types of meal plans (Light N Easy, Healthy Zen, Bulk Up, Semi-Keto, Starch Zer0, Green N Lean), however, if you are following a professional Trainer we recommend you consult him/her first. For advanced meal plan requirements, you may try our DIY BOX. Alternatively, you can also contact our nutritionist for recommendations or visit our 'Know Your Body' page to calculate the daily calories required.
For clients that like additional protein, we offer extra grilled meats and salmon (individually packaged with thermal/vacuum technology) to supplement your meal plan. Once purchased, daily protein add-ons are automatically included with every meal plan delivery ( e.g. 5 days of meal plan = 5 days of extra protein). Please kindly note we cannot send extra protein Add Ons separately and that all weights indicated are based on raw weight. There may be a loss of 10-20% variance due to moisture released during the cooking process.

Whilst we allow our customers to stop and start their meal plans any time, please note there is an end date as to how long we can stop your meal plans. Please note that 1-week, 2-week, 3-week, and 4-week meal plans need to be completed within 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks from the purchase date.
・Orders placed between Monday and Thursday, the earliest start date is Monday of next week.
・Orders placed between Friday and Sunday, the earliest start date is Wednesday of next week.
For all start dates that fall on public holidays, your meal delivery will be postponed to the next working day.

As the famous saying goes " you didnt gain all your weight in 1 day, you wont lose it all 1 day either". Most customers with a set health goal achieve best results over 4 weeks, however we also offer 1,2 and 3 week options to suit all lifestyles.
