We carefully trim premium ribeye steak, before trimming down the excess fat before grilling to a lovely medium pink. Served alongside roasted sweet potatoes and drizzled with our signature Texas BBQ sauce, this dish offers a tantalizing combination of flavors. The trick we use is to marinade the ribeye to keep the meat juicy and tender while we roast our sweet potatoes with little oil to keep the calories in check.
