What is starch zer0 Meal Plan?

Our Starch Zer0 plan is designed for those looking to lose weight fast by eliminating starch (rice, pasta, grains, potatoes and beans).

We generally remove starch from our menu whilst keeping moderate proteins and healthy fats to help our customers achieve calorie deficit in the best possible way.

What is a FITTERY meal plan?

Nutritionist-approved and calorie-controlled meals designed to help you achieve your health goal, delivered daily (Mon to Fri) to your doorstep.

What kind of food does this plan offer?

Every week we offer a wide range of western and Asian-based calorie-controlled meals with no same meal repeated twice in any given month. Please feel free to look at our menu for the kind of food we offer. Click here for the menu.

What is Daily Protein Add On?

For clients that like additional protein, we offer extra grilled meats and salmon (individually packaged with thermal/vacuum technology) to supplement your meal plan. Once purchased, daily protein add-ons are automatically included with every meal plan delivery ( e.g. 5 days of meal plan = 5 days of extra protein). Please kindly note we cannot send extra protein Add Ons separately and that all weights indicated are based on raw weight. There may be a loss of 10-20% variance due to moisture released during the cooking process.

When is the earliest I can start?

We offer two start dates for your meal plan based on the time of purchase:

For orders made between Monday and Thursday, the earliest start date is Monday of next week.
For orders made between Friday and Sunday, the earliest start date is Wednesday of next week.

For all start dates that fall on public holidays, your meal delivery will be postponed to the next working day.

Areas with special arrangements

* International Commerce Centre (ICC) will be delivered to the pickup point at 1/F, opposite of the cashier of Sky100

* No delivery service to HSBC Centre and HSBC Main Building due to office building management policy.

No delivery services will be provided for the following areas​

How long should I buy?

Clients with the best results have stayed with us for 4 weeks or longer.

How do I reheat meals?

Your meals arrive ready to eat. Simply place your meals in a microwave for 1-2 mins, or alternatively stir-fry in a pan for the best tasting experience.

How do I store the meals?

Simply keep your meal refrigerated at 4 degrees, unopened for up to 3 days.

What happens if I want to modify my meal plan?

We are simply one WhatsApp message away on 5699 3560. Simply give us 2 working days' notice if you want to pause, start or modify your plan. Also, you can reach us anytime Mon to Fri, 9 am to 5 pm via website chat, WhatsApp, phone call or email.

What happens if I want to eat out and pause?

Flexibility is our specialty! Simply WhatsApp us 5699 3560 with 2 working days' notice and our CS team will happily pause your meals and wait for your notice to restart when you are ready.

We generally offer up to twice the meal plan duration to complete all your meals to give you plenty of time to suit our meal plan to your schedule.

What happens if my meal plan week includes a public holiday?

No meals will be delivered on the day of public holiday and your meal plan will be auto extended.

For e.g. you purchase a 1 week meal plan but next Friday is a public holiday. In this case, you will not receive meals on Friday, and meals will be sent on the following Monday instead.
